Corporate culture

HKG cultivates a corporate culture in which team spirit and personal responsibility are equally important. Our internal hierarchies are flat and decision-making paths short. In addition to business and site management, work is organised in project teams, which are put together according to the type and scope of the projects. All our managing directors are operationally involved in the projects. Collegiality and cooperation are supported by our many long-standing employees and strengthened by regular joint activities.
